What did others say about our courses:
Really informative and enjoyable. Nick and Simon were excellent trainers and facilitators. It was a comfortable environment with support throughout. It was engaging and the time flew by.
Excellent workshop covering a wide range of areas of mental health issues, which helped me have a better understanding and to feel confident in being able to help. The instructors encouraged attendees to participate and to ask questions, further broadening the scope of learning, giving an all-round excellent presentation.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course overall; it was very informative and it was great being able to participate and ask questions freely. It was good that both the instructors and participants spoke about their experiences and situations involving mental health. After completing the course, I have more knowledge and feel more confident in helping people with mental health illnesses
